What a weekend it was.  The weather was awesome!!!  Partying on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night.  Skeery and I were at the Axwell set on Friday night at the Shelborne Hotel on South Beach.  Then Saturday afternoon Jonathan Peters killed it at the Shelborne as well.  It was a great weekend and it was great to meet so many people from New York.  I'll try and load a few pics up when I get my camera back!!!

    Peace out!!!

Monday, October 29, 2007, 08:16 AM EST [General]

My mom and my wife decided that I needed a new computer/work bag.  I had been carrying a Targus backpack for a few years...and I liked it.  But...they made the decision that I needed a new bag...so they bought me a Coach Messenger Bag.  I find it a little rediculous...bit I am enjoying carrying it!!!!  There's a few pics below.

    Froggy's Special Pot Roast

Wednesday, October 24, 2007, 08:35 PM EST [General]

After talking about how I could not wait to get home to have my pot roast leftovers I have been overwhelmed with requests for the recipe.  Well…ask and you shall receive!!!

Take one (1) 2 pound rump roast and rub it with salt and pepper and any other seasonings you wish.  Get a large pot and put a small amount of oil in the bottom.  Brown the rump roast on all sides.  Now add 1 medium size onion and sauté those in the pot with the roast.  Add two (2) to three (3) cans of chicken broth and bring cover.  Bring to a boil on the stove.  Heat your oven to 375 and put the roast in the over for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.  After cooking the roast…add potatoes/carrots/another onion if you like…and other veggies you prefer and return to the oven for about 45 minutes to an hour.

    Enjoy!!!!
