Well... tomorrow ends the last day of the first trimester here at Johnson and Wales. It has been such a really long and great trimester. The first half of the trimester, I was in Hot & Cold Plated Desserts with Chef Zielinski, which he was a great chef and my advisor for the next two years. I have learned so much from the guy, and I hope I will be able to have him next year for my Advance Cake Decorating Class. The second half of the trimester, I was in the Introduction to Cake Decorating, and Chef Soliday (www.confectionerydesigns.net ) was such a great, and very knowledgeable instructor. He has taught us many different techiniques with marzipan, buttercream, and fondant. I hope I get to have him again in my P4 degree(Baking&Pastry Bachelors Degree).
