Last night Hero's star, Hayden Panettiere's father was arrested for allegedly beating his wife Lesley for "disrespecting" him, but sources close to the family are saying that Lesley was allegedly the one who got the first couple of punches in.

Hayden's parents started arguing while at the Whaleman Benefit dinner that daughter, Hayden was hosting.

Her dad, Alan is currently being held on $50,000 bail.
