I got a CD in the mail last week and decided to give it a try... and as the case so rarely is these days, it turned out I loved it! It's by Duffy and it's called"Rockferry." The songs all have a soul vibe so people are trying to compare her to Amy Winehouse, but I actually think her voice sounds more like Nelly Furtado. Take a listen by clicking on the link below. My favorite songs are "Mercy" and "Syrup & Honey" (which, unfortunately, I don't think is at the link below - you'll have to get the CD for that one.) I think/hope you'll be hearing more from Duffy very soon!




In other news... rumor has it that Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson will be getting married sometime in the next 3 days. Howard Stern and his girlfriend are also rumored to be getting married this weekend.
