I also decided to post up a blog of what I read from the newsletter and what I watched and heard on the news this evening... I have to say some of what Mike Galanos talked about caught my attention...

Mike can't believe that he is reading this. Middle School kids having sex during a school field trip. That's kids, plural - 8 of them. A 14-year-old girl admitted to mom that she and several girls sneaked into the boys' hotel room to get it on. Now eight students are suspended.

Mike is concerned and troubled enough by the action of these children, but Mike wants to know, what’s happening to their chaperones? Plain and simple: If it's a school-sponsored trip, Mike is holding you responsible for what happens to the kids. 13 and 14-year-olds shouldn't be having sex under your watch.

A woman apparently caught up in a vicious lie, faking brain cancer. Cops say it was a sick ploy which netted her $21,000. She told people she was dying, had her neighbors cook for her every day. Her co-workers even donated their own vacation time.

Mike can't imagine the betrayal they're feeling right now. And the level of planning in this alleged deception, it gets my blood boiling. Mike will talk to her boss about how she could get away with this and what got her busted.

Now, here's something more refreshing: A size-10 model won America's Next Top Model. What a concept that you don't have to be anorexic to be beautiful. Mike got to sit down with supermodel Cindy Crawford to talk about if this will have any impact on the modeling industry.
